I just wanted to say thank you for the great support you’ve given us over the course of this VERY compressed build. And for bearing with us so much while we did it! We had a great day on the event yesterday and everyone here was delighted with the way the event looked and the way it went.

There’s still a lot for us to learn and I know we can improve it a lot, but we are really pleased with this first results. And a 70% conversion rate from registered to attended was really good too.

Ivent were fantastic, they quickly understood our brand, values and vision for our virtual conference. They helped every step of the way and were able to meet all of our asks, no matter how big or small.

You were ever so patient, helpful and supportive during the entire process but also at the very stressful moments and the last minute changes. You put up with my mindless questions and I am thrilled with how it has turned out.

The client – Kevin Dooley – Chief HR Officer is truly delighted with the layout, branding, engagement with attendees and the platform. He has also flagged it to the parent company IQVIA and we have filmed a quick tour on the platform to share with them.

The event went very well, we had around 1500 attendees watching the sessions and interacting in the chats and we didn’t have technical issues! …Thanks to all of you for the support.

We had very positive feedback from attendees, many of whom had never attended any type of virtual event before and were unsure of how it would work.The Ivent platform was user-friendly (even for attendees that don’t often use computers) and allowed us to replicate the feel of an in-person tradeshow online.

When I was first introduced to Ivent I was blown away by their design functions and how cost effective running a virtual event with them would be. There's no going back for us now as quite simply the quality of the applicant is better. By that, I mean that they are more likely to accept an offer because they've had the opportunity to ask all the questions they need and can revisit content at a later stage to refresh and reassure themselves.
